Our mission

Integrated care and outpatient behavioral health treatment into primary care in order to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care that empowers individuals to overcome challenges and build resilience. We commit to creating a safe, judgment-free environment where healing and growth flourish through personalized treatment approaches.

Our vision

To become the leading integrated primary care behavioral health provider known for changing lives through innovative therapy methods, while fostering a community where mental health support is readily accessible and stigma-free.

The idea behind the practice

Nobody exists in a vacuum, so care shouldn't either.

Mental health rarely stays in its own lane. Sleep, pain, appetite, blood pressure, a medication started by another doctor: they all pull on each other. Most behavioral health practices can only see their slice of that. Because this one belongs to an integrated primary care group, the people treating your mood can, with your consent, compare notes with the people treating everything else.

It also means the practice knows what it is not. It doesn't promise outcomes or timelines, it doesn't treat a diagnosis as a description of a person, and it doesn't keep the family and friends who already support you at arm's length unless you want it that way.

"A diagnosis on its own doesn't describe a person. The evaluation is how we meet the person."

How we work

Four commitments, and what each one means at your visit

01Comprehensive

Your first appointment is a full evaluation: history, what you're experiencing, what has and hasn't helped, what you want to be different.

At your visit: expect a conversation, not a checklist. Nothing has to be said all at once.

02Collaborative

The family, friends, and providers who already support you can be part of the plan, if you choose, and only to the extent you choose.

At your visit: you'll be asked who, if anyone, you'd like involved. "No one" is a complete answer.

03Consultative

When it would help your overall health, the practice can consult with or refer to primary care, nutrition, or pain management within the same group.

At your visit: if a consult makes sense, it's suggested to you first, never arranged behind the scenes.

04Compassionate

Mental illness is hard on patients and on the people around them. The practice tries to carry that awareness into every conversation.

At your visit: questions about how the people close to you are coping are part of the picture, not a detour.

Working with your other providers

You decide who's in the room.

Coordination can be a quick consult about a medication, a referral within the group, or keeping a therapist you already see informed. It always follows the same four steps.

  1. You tell us who mattersFamily, friends, your primary care clinician, an outside therapist, or no one.
  2. You sign a releaseIt names exactly who can be contacted and what can be shared.
  3. We coordinateConsults and referrals happen within that permission, and nothing beyond it.
  4. You can change your mindWithdraw or narrow the release whenever you like.
