Patient-centered care

Our approach to treatment is patient-centered, meaning that we respect the unique needs, preferences, and values of each individual. We strive to involve patients in decision-making about their treatment and collaborate with them to develop a personalized care plan.

Treatment planning

Upon intake, a comprehensive assessment will be conducted to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for the individual. The treatment plan may include goals, objectives, and specific interventions tailored to address the patient's mental health needs.

Collaboration and coordination

Collaboration and coordination of care are essential components of our treatment services. We may collaborate with other healthcare providers, family members (with patient consent), and support networks to enhance the overall well-being of our patients.

Emergency and crisis intervention

Provisions for emergency and crisis intervention services are in place to address urgent mental health needs. Patients are encouraged to contact emergency services or our practice's emergency contact number in case of a crisis.

In immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988, any time.
