Outpatient psychiatric care and therapy, in person and by video.

Every plan starts with an evaluation. From there it may include therapy, medication, or both. With your consent, it is coordinated with the other people and providers in your life.

Psychiatric evaluations

A first appointment to understand your history, your symptoms, what has helped or hasn't, and what you hope changes. Every care plan starts here.

Good to know

  • Mostly a conversation; you set the pace
  • Bring a list of current medications if you can
  • Available in person or by video

Medication management

If medication is part of your plan: prescribing, monitoring how it's working, adjusting when needed, and plain explanations of benefits, side effects, and alternatives.

Good to know

  • Medication is never the only option on the table
  • Later visits can often happen by video
  • With your consent, prescriptions are coordinated with your primary care clinician

Individual therapy

Private sessions focused on what matters to you, at a pace you set, on its own or alongside medication.

Good to know

  • Nothing has to be said all at once
  • Also offered as couples counseling and in groups, below

Couples counseling

Sessions for two people who want to work on how they communicate, handle conflict, and support each other, including when one partner is in treatment.

Good to know

  • Both partners attend together
  • Can run alongside individual care for either of you

Group therapy

Small, clinician-led groups where people working through similar things learn from each other, with the same confidentiality as any other visit.

Good to know

  • Groups are formed around shared experiences
  • Ask on the first call which groups are currently open
Ask about current groups

Brain stimulation therapies

Non-surgical, in-office treatments that use targeted stimulation to help with conditions that haven't responded well to medication or therapy alone.

Good to know

  • Considered after an evaluation, not as a first step
  • Suitability, schedule, and coverage are discussed before anything is planned
Ask whether this fits

Crisis intervention

Support for current patients when things escalate during treatment: adjusting the plan, adding visits, and involving the people you've chosen.

If you're in crisis right now

In immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988. Appointment requests on this site aren't monitored as crisis messages.

Collaboration with your other providers

With your signed consent, the practice can consult with your primary care clinician, refer to nutrition or pain management within the same group, or keep an outside therapist informed.

Good to know

  • Nothing is shared without a release you sign
  • You choose who, and you can change your mind
